Harris County Precinct 4 anticipates sending a project for construction bids in the second quarter of 2021 that would widen North Eldridge Parkway in Tomball to four lanes between Spring Cypress Road and Westlock Drive. The design is being finalized to include drainage requirements from Atlas 14, a historic rainfall study by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, according to Pamela Rocchi, director of Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division. The project will also add traffic signals at Westlock Drive and Gregson Road.
