Overall, fewer homes were sold in October in Tomball and Magnolia than the previous October, with only Magnolia ZIP 77355 seeing an increase in home sales for the month, according to neighborhood data provided by local real estate firm

As home sales declined, so, too, did the median home sales price. The median price declined year over year as of October in three of the five local ZIP codes across the Tomball and Magnolia area.
However, portions of Tomball and Magnolia saw a decline in the average days on market year over year with homes selling more quickly in two ZIP codes.
The most popular selling point was for homes totaling between $250,000 and $499,999 in October.
