Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's office has released a C4 Now custom mobile application, Precinct 4 announced in a Jan. 11 email, to inform residents of real-time crime and traffic hazards.
The app is designed to inform residents of accidents, road conditions and public safety threats in addition to crime information in accordance with Herman's commitment to transparency, safety and security, the release stated.
The app can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play store for free.
