In addition to H-E-B, three other businesses are confirmed to be coming to the Magnolia Place development at the corner of FM 1488 and Spur 149. Texas Hair Team, Twin Liquors and Wasabi Asian Bistro are projected to open this year at the development, said Chessie Zimmerman, development manager at Stratus Properties, the developer for Magnolia Place.

The three businesses will be located in two of the four retail buildings planned for the development, both of which are under construction and are expected to be completed in May, Zimmerman said.
