Graze is planning to open in mid-November at 208 N. Elm St., Tomball, the former location of Jane and John Dough Bakery, according to operator Tatia George. The restaurant will offer international comfort food, such as shrimp and grits, grilled octopus and ahi tuna tacos, as well as craft beer and boutique wines, George said. George said the restaurant plans to be open Tuesdays through Saturdays for lunch and dinner and Sundays for lunch.
