Set on 160 acres within the 2,020-acre master-planned development, Trilogy at Two Step Farm will include four home collections ranging from 1,500-2,800 square feet, with prices starting in the $400,000s. The neighborhood will feature exclusive resort-style amenities designed to promote wellness, social connection and recreation, according to the release.
“Trilogy is the ideal partner to bring our vision to life, creating a multigenerational community unlike anything else in the country,” Oxland Group co-President Tom Woliver said in the release. “It’s planned around a vibrant village with exceptional dining options and an innovative wellness center, offering the best mix of 55+ and multigenerational living.”

Per the release, an interest list will open in 2026 for prospective residents looking to join the community.
This marks Trilogy’s second location in Texas and represents about 15% of Two Step Farm’s overall footprint. Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities President Jeff McQueen said the partnership combines Oxland’s craftsmanship with Trilogy’s hospitality-driven design to “set a new benchmark for 55+ communities in Houston and across the state.”
Two Step Farm, located north of FM 1488 between I-45 and Hwy. 249, will host its grand opening event—Two Step Fest: Boots, Brews & BBQ—on Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., where visitors can tour 20 model homes and explore community amenities.
