During its Jan. 9 meeting, Magnolia City Council approved as part of the consent agenda—on which items are approved with one motion without discussion—two site plans for Sherwin Williams and Mister Car Wash, which are slated to open at the intersection of FM 1488 and Spur 149, according to the Jan. 9 agenda packet.

• Sherwin Williams is set to open in a 4,500-square-foot location at 13313 FM 1488, Magnolia.
• Mister Car Wash is set to open in a 5,430-square-foot location at 13321 FM 1488, Magnolia.
