The city of Tomball’s Spooktacular event will feature games, bounce houses, live music, face painting, food, crafts, vendors and photo opportunities. At dusk, the movie “Hocus Pocus” will play. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and snacks to watch the movie.
