Why are you running for office?

For the last few years, I have listened to constituents and worked hard to pass conservative priorities that really make a difference in their lives. I want to continue working hard for the people of this district.

What would your top priorities be if elected?

Lowering property tax rates in a meaningful way. Increasing public safety and finding permanent solutions to border security. Address water availability & water rights in Texas.

What are the biggest challenges facing District 3?

Runaway property taxes. Out of control appraisals. Water cost and availability.

If elected, what will your priorities be regarding property taxes and housing affordability?

Pass appraisal reform. Pass 5% cap on all real property. Shot clock for permitting construction of new lots. Enhance private property rights.

How will you ensure your constituents are able to receive the appropriate aid after natural disasters?

As state representative, my role in disaster response/recovery includes working with MoCo officials to ensure damage value assessment is compiled and submitted to state and federal as required to meet disaster declaration(s) requirements. Why are you running for office?

I believe government should work for the people and ensure community needs are reflected in decision making. I am running for State Representative to do exactly that, to represent. I want to make sure community voices are heard and reflected in the<br>decisions that impact everyday life.

What would your top priorities be if elected?

My top priority is ensuring District 3 has a strong voice and fully understands the power we hold when we act together. I will also focus on strengthening emergency preparedness, improving affordability, and advocating for properly funded schools so every child receives a quality education.

What are the biggest challenges facing Texas House District 3?

Rapid growth is putting significant pressure on our infrastructure, leading to increased traffic, safety concerns, and daily frustrations for our neighbors. At the same time, inconsistencies within the appraisal district are causing unpredictable property tax increases, which directly undermine affordability for families across District 3.

If elected, what will your priorities be regarding property taxes and housing affordability?

My priority is restoring fairness and stability in property taxes by calling for responsible investigations when inconsistencies arise. With many relief proposals already at the table, I will continue to evaluate what exists, listen to needs, and advocate for the most reasonable, effective policies that protect housing affordability and keep families secure.
