Creekside Park Junior High School addition
Project: This project will expand Creekside Park Junior High School by building a two-story addition for fifth graders in the 2026-27 school year for $39 million. The project is part of TISD's bond package that was passed in 2021.
Update: The junior high school addition is still in progress, TISD Chief Financial Officer Zack Boles said at an Aug. 11 workshop meeting.

Project: The new 542,000-square-foot high school has a construction budget of $241.2 million, according to prior reporting.
Update: The high school, which was part of the November 2021 bond election, is still in progress, Boles confirmed Aug. 11.

Project: Part of the $429.1 million 2025 bond package, the intermediate school will be rebuilt on a new site, and the existing building will be repurposed for special programs, according to TISD’s website.
Update: TISD board members approved the architect for the new Tomball Intermediate School during a June 3 school board meeting.

Project: Part of TISD’s 2025 bond, the new pre-K campus will be designed like the first Early Excellence Academy that opened in 2023, according to a TISD presentation. The new school will serve students on the south side of the district and allow TISD to expand its early childhood programs to an additional 500 students.
Update: Construction is expected to begin this year.

Project: Updates include turf installation at all four junior high football fields and turf replacement at Tomball Memorial High School, plus the installation of safety netting at backstops for baseball and softball, replacement of bleachers in Tomball High School gyms and upgrades to lighting systems at athletic fields.

Project: A new indoor facility with an 80-yard artificial turf field will be built for each high school. The $76.7 million project, which was part of the district’s 2025 bond, will serve athletics, fine arts and other district programs, according to TISD’s website.
