What started as a small chocolate-making hobby in 2011 has grown into a decade of barbecue and chocolate delight, cashier Austin Moore said.

The details

The family-owned business is celebrating 10 years as Tejas Chocolate and Barbecue, Moore confirmed, having added barbecue to the menu in 2015.

Open seven days a week, the business sells brisket, ribs, sausage, pulled pork and other barbecue items as well as chocolate truffles in a variety of flavors. The business also offers daily specials every week, Moore said.

"We sell barbecue to make up for our chocolate hobby," he said.
