1. Julio’s Mexican Grill

Named after co-owner Julio Amer, the restaurants are owned and operated by a family of cousins, including Everardo Funes, Julio Almer and Juan Carlos Almer.

2. Spring Rolling
Magnolia residents and business owners Vanessa Duong and Kyle Pham opened Spring Rolling in Magnolia in April 2023 to offer customers customizable Vietnamese cuisine. The concept was inspired by fast-food restaurants like Chipotle and Cava where customers can build their own meals with a variety of ingredients.

3. Birria & Chips Mexican Restaurant
Owners Ashley Reyes and her husband Javier Gonzales Rios brought a restaurant to Magnolia in May 2023 specializing in birria, a Mexican beef stew. The restaurant also serves Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican cuisine.

4. Lemon Y Sal
Lemon Y Sal, an authentic Mexican restaurant, was brought to Magnolia by owner Abraham Carillo in February 2023. The name “Lemon Y Sal” is an emphasis on the lime and lemon added to the food.

5. Sylvia's Pizza
Named after his wife, Bruce Kissinger opened Sylvia’s Pizza in May, next door to his six-year brewery Fire Ant Brewpub. At Sylvia’s Pizza, new customers can expect an Italian-themed restaurant with Italian-style dishes including pizza, salads, sandwiches and Italian appetizers.
