Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen will open its Tomball-area location near the Grand Parkway and Hwy. 249 in 2025, Vice President of Marketing Amy Jo Owens confirmed.

“Gringo's is a Tex-Mex restaurant whose core purpose is to serve the highest quality Tex-Mex at the lowest price possible,” Owens said.

The restaurant serves dishes such as fajitas and empanadas alongside cocktails and margaritas.
