Owner Ben Adams, a resident of The Woodlands, said he was attracted to The Toasted Yolk concept after seeing its quality service and premium food selections. The full-service eatery offers breakfast, lunch and brunch with a variety of options, such as egg platters, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, salads, sandwiches, and soups.
