Real estate firms Baker Katz and Fox & Graham are partnering to redevelop a new retail center, Tomball Mercantile, near Hwy. 249 and Medical Complex Drive.

According to a May 28 news release, the planned development will be approximately 15,255 square feet of retail space located next to the 150-acre Tomball Medical Complex. The partners expect to officially break ground on the project this summer.
“Tomball Mercantile represents an opportunity to activate one of the most important corners in Tomball with a thoughtful mix of dining and service-oriented retail,” Baker Katz development partner Ben Brown said.
