The development will include Rasha at Audubon, a 326-unit multifamily community, and a two-story, 30,000-square-foot retail center.

The multiuse development will feature seven garden-style buildings alongside a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse that connects to the retail center through pedestrian walkways, according to the news release. At Rasha at Audubon, amenities are set to include:
- A resort-style pool with private cabanas
- A fitness center and yoga room
- Business coworking lounges
- Walking and nature trails
- Courtyards with lawn games
- A dog park and pet wash station

The multiuse development is anticipated to be completed in 2025, according to XAG Group’s website.
