Preleasing is expected to begin at Ascendant Development’s new three-story apartment community in Tomball in summer 2024. The 231-unit Haven at Treeline community will offer one- and two-bedroom plans and began construction in January. The complex will also feature a clubhouse, a saltwater pool, garages, a fitness center and yoga/spin room, a game room, and a bark park.

Haven at Treeline is located off North Eldridge Parkway.
