Myrtle Gardens, a community that celebrated its grand opening May 20 in Magnolia, is being developed by Pulte Group. Construction on several homes has started. At build-out, the community will have around 100 homes, which start in the mid-$200,000s with one- and two-story floor plans. The community will also have a park with a playground.
