The community's recreation complex is also anticipated to open this summer, including an open lawn area, a resort-style pool, a pavilion, a park and a splash pad, according to the release.
“Emory Glen is a place where life can unfold at an easy pace,” Empire Continental President Steve Sellers said in the release. “Our Magnolia location is just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of Houston, but still close enough to shop, dine out and commute to work. We’re very excited for the start of home sales and to see our vision brought to life.”
Emory Glen's first phase includes 193 homesites spanning 40 feet and 50 feet wide.
Home sales are underway by Chesmar Homes, Highland Homes and Empire Communities beginning in the upper $200,000s, according to the release.
Floor plan options range from 1,501 square feet to 2,975 square feet and one- and two-story plans between the three builders.
The project was first announced in February 2021.
