Construction on the Billiard Factory's distribution center located in the Tomball Business and Technology Park is expected to begin in the next 30 days, according to Kelly Violette, the executive director of the Tomball Economic Development Corp.

The sale of the 4.8-acre piece of land the distribution center will be on was finalized in March. The distribution center itself will be 70,000 square feet and is expected to employ 30 people.

Violette said 78% of the Tomball Business and Technology Park is sold with one 18.28-acre lot remaining.
