Home construction is set to start in spring 2020 for 105 homes in Timber Trails, a neighborhood under construction on Hufsmith Road in the city of Tomball, said Elizabeth Russell, director of marketing for Stylecraft, the builder for the project, in an email.

Timber Trails is Stylecraft's first project in Tomball, she said.

The community spans about 25 acres with 40-foot and 50-foot lots planned. Build-out is anticipated to take four years with 105 homes on the ground by 2024, according to mid-December information from Stylecraft.
