Johnson Development has opened The Boot House, a 3,000-square-foot welcome center in its new community, Kresston, according to an Oct. 16 news release.

The center serves as the starting point for tours of the 1,465-acre community. Visitors can meet with staff, view the 10 open model homes and learn about upcoming amenities, per the release.
“The Boot House not only has information available for prospective buyers, but it also serves as the center of our lifestyle event programming,” Stephen Barrera, vice president and general manager of Kresston, said in the release. “Our vision is apparent from the minute you step through the doors with an interior that reflects our Texas-inspired vision.”
