ISI Elite Training opened to the public on June 7, co-owner Tim Dillow said via email June 5. The facility was opened for founding members on May 31.

The fitness business offers 50-minute workout sessions based on strength and athletic-based training. The sessions will be focused on dynamic movements that would help members burn fat and build muscle, Dillow said.

“Our facility is meant for people of all fitness levels," Dillow said. "We will meet people where they are at on their fitness journey to support their goals."

The gym also has a room for kids aged 4-12 years.
