Wells Fargo’s newest location in Magnolia is now open, Ty Morrison, Wells Fargo’s communications lead for Texas, confirmed via email. The new location is located within the Heritage Green development near the intersection of Spur 149 and FM 1488.

“Our expansion in Magnolia allows us to increase accessibility for our customers and helps us foster stronger relationships within the local communities,” Morrison said. “The opening of our Heritage Green branch is another step in creating a more modern, open, and community-centric branch network for our customers.”

Wells Fargo offers a variety of services as well as walk-up and drive-up ATMs alongside an ATM in the lobby, Morrison said.

“Our branches are a place where customers can meet with a banker and have a meaningful financial health conversation to help them reach their goals,” Morrison said.
