BLVD Boutik relocated from Tomball to Magnolia in April. Previously located off of FM 2978 in Tomball, the store moved approximately 6 miles down the highway to 32309 FM 2978 in Magnolia. Owner Amy Smith said the business relocated for a few reasons.
"I loved our relocation before, but this is more of a retail location now," she said. "We also found that the majority of our customers were in Magnolia, so we're excited. We love it."
A new addition to the boutique includes a wine and coffee bar, Smith said. The cafe includes coffee, wine and mimosas for customers to enjoy in store or purchase bottles to go.
While the storefront is poised to receive a new sign out front, the building is currently identified by a 10-foot white giraffe, Smith said.
