Farmers Market on Tamina caters to foodies

What we reported Farmers Market on Tamina opened Oct. 1 in Magnolia with 25 vendors and more than 700 attendees. The market is open year-round every Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and has room for up to 60 vendors. It offers everything from fresh produce, local meat and fresh baked breads to handcrafted jewelry.


The latest The market has grown to 55 vendors and has become known as the “foodie farmers market,” since quality vendors are hand-picked, market organizer Jennifer Lobel said. The market also features a guest musical artist each month.


What’s next Lobel said the Culinary Courtyard, in which the Farmers Market on Tamina is located, plans to add a brick oven pizza and craft beer venue in the first quarter of 2017.
