As of mid-September, several projects in Montgomery County Precinct 3 that are part of the 2025 road bond have completed or are finishing the design phase, and a Texas Department of Transportation project on Hwy. 242 is about two-thirds complete. This list is not comprehensive.

1. Grogans Mill Road at Research Forest Drive right-turn improvements
  • Project: The project will extend a right-turn lane from northbound Grogans Mill Road onto eastbound Research Forest Drive.

7. Hwy. 242 widening
  • Project: TxDOT is using existing right of way on Hwy. 242 between FM 1488 and I-45 to widen lanes and restripe the intersections.
  • Update: As of the most recent information released by TxDOT in September, the project being carried out by Posillico Civil, Inc. was 66% complete.
