- Project: The project is replacing asphalt shoulder from north of Palmer Woods Drive/Stronecroft Place to Research Forest Drive, including the section of Cochran’s Crossing Drive located north of Research Forest Drive.
- Scope: The project is currently under construction.
- Cost: $700,000
- Timeline: Construction is expected to be completed by the end of June.
8. Rayford Road at East Benders Landing Drive intersection
- Project: The project widened the asphalt pavement on Rayford Road past the intersection to create a merge lane for vehicles leaving Benders Landing Estates.
- Update: The project is completed.
- Cost: $38,318 (construction and striping)
