As of December data, office, retail and industrial spaces in The Woodlands area all saw an increase in rental rates compared to the previous year.

According to data from Caldwell Cos., more industrial and retail space is under construction in The Woodlands area compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. Less office space is under construction this year.
