More homes were sold in five ZIP codes in The Woodlands area in May 2025 compared to May 2024. Home sales decreased in two ZIP codes, according to data from Homeward. The largest percentage point increase was in the 77386 ZIP code, which saw a 34.88% increase.

The median price of homes sold in The Woodlands increased in four out of seven ZIP codes in May 2025 compared to May 2024, continuing a trend seen for the last two months. The highest increase was in the 77382 ZIP code, where the median price sold increased by 17.6% to $850,000.

Homes in The Woodlands area spent fewer days on the market in all but one ZIP code in May 2025 compared to May 2024.

The most popular price point for May sales was the range of $300,000 to $599,999, with 205 homes in that range.
