April data shows fewer homes were sold in five The Woodlands area ZIP codes in April compared to April 2024, according to information from Christine Hale Real estate. The largest decreased was in the 77385 ZIP code, where 36% fewer homes were sold.
However, four out of seven ZIP codes saw an increase in the median price sold,
continuing a trend seen last month. The highest increase was in the 77386 ZIP code, where the median price sold increased by 8.6%.
The Woodlands area homes spent fewer days on market in April this year compared to April 2024 in three ZIP codes, according to data.
The most popular price point for April sales was the range of $300,000 to $599,999, with 161 homes in that range.
