More homes were sold in The Woodlands area in January 2025 than in January 2024 in three out of seven ZIP codes, and three ZIP codes saw a decrease in year-over-year sales, according to the latest data available in early February. One remained the same as the previous year. The previous month, fewer homes were sold in only one ZIP code. The largest increase in the number of homes sold this January, 39.4%, occurred in the 77389 ZIP code.
Median home sale prices were higher in four out of seven The Woodlands-area ZIP codes in January 2025 compared to January 2024 with the highest increase in median price of $661,000 in the 77382 ZIP code, according to data gathered by the Christine Hale Realty Group. The lowest median price reported in January, $360,000, was in the 77384 ZIP code.
