The highest decrease of 13.2% occurred in the 77384 ZIP code, according to data.
Homes spent more days on the market in 2024 than in 2023 in December in all seven area ZIP codes studied.
The most popular price point for December sales was the range of $300,000 to $599,999, with 151 homes in that range.
