Imperial Oaks Square apartments are currently under construction and will soon begin pre-leasing, according to a May 1 email from a spokesperson for developer Sueba USA Corporation.

The 269-unit apartment complex will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a pool, a dog park, a catering kitchen and a fitness center, according to a Sueba news release. Construction on the three-story apartments began in April 2023, according to the release.

The complex is located in Falls at Imperial Oaks, a master-planned development from Holcomb Properties.
