February saw the median price of homes sold increase in five ZIP codes in The Woodlands area as well as an increase in home sales in the range between $300,000 and $599,999. Data is provided by Christine Hale of the Christine Hale Realty Group.

The number of homes sold in February 2024 increased in four ZIP codes in The Woodlands area compared to February 2023, with the highest percentage increase—48%—occurring in 77389.The median price increased in five out of seven of those ZIP codes, as opposed to the previous month, when it decreased in five out of seven ZIP codes. The steepest increase occurred in the 77380 ZIP code, where a 17.1% increase was seen in February.Homes stayed on the market longer in February 2024 than in February 2023 in four out of seven ZIP codes.Most homes sold in The Woodlands area in February 2024 were between $300,000 and $599,999, more than three times as many as the next-highest category between $600,000 and $899,999.
