The Interfaith Food Pantry has seen nearly a 46% increase in need in its food pantry and crisis assistance programs since 2023, and it is allocating all proceeds from sales of its The Woodlands Style items to support the pantry this summer, according to a news release from Interfaith of The Woodlands.

The backstory

The Woodlands Style, which features apparel and accessories, was launched last fall, featuring officially licensed products with The Woodlands logo. While proceeds from the products always go toward Interfaith programs, during this summer all profits will be directed to the pantry and fighting hunger, according to the release.

Items available include:
  • Apparel
  • Cups
  • Hats
  • Pickleball paddles
  • Socks
  • Tote bags
  • Umbrellas
What they're saying

“As we strive to meet the escalating needs of our neighbors in crisis, we would greatly appreciate your support. The Food Panty is always in need of nonperishable donations, or you can purchase items from The Woodlands Style to support our mission. Interfaith would not be able to serve our neighbors in need without the assistance from the amazing community we live in,” said Missy Herndon, president and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands.

What else?

Interfaith of The Woodlands, which celebrated 50 years in the community last year, provides several other ways for residents to help families struggling with food insecurity. These include:
  • Hosting a food drive
  • Offering in-kind donations of nonperishable items
  • Financial contributions to pantry restocking
