The owners of Noe's Cafe plan to open the third cafe location in the future Woodson’s Reserve Shopping Center, which will be located on Woodson's Reserve Parkway in Spring. The Woodson’s Reserve Shopping Center is under construction. According to the owners, the location is expected to open this summer. Noe's Cafe will offer a variety of coffee and tea options and a full breakfast menu. Menu items include pancakes, waffles, crepes, eggs Benedicts and sandwiches. In addition, the location will have a drive-thru. A Noe's Cafe location at 2120 Spring Stuebner Road, Spring, opened in January.
