Sterling Ridge Zoe's Kitchen closes Nov. 17, will convert to Cava Mediterranean restaurant

Zoe's Kitchen, located in the Sterling Ridge Shopping Center, will close Nov. 17. The location will begin to convert into Cava, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant. Cava is expected to open sometime in 2022, according to Cava officials.

Cava acquired Zoe's Kitchen in 2018 and is converting many locations into Cava restaurants, according to the company. Cava sells customizable salad, grain and rice bowls with a variety of protein and topping options.


Cava has 16 locations in Texas. The Woodlands location, 6700 Woodlands Parkway, Ste. 170, The Woodlands, will be the first Houston-area Cava location. www.cava.com
