A Floor & Decor retail store is in the process of being built at 26906 I-45, Oak Ridge North, according to Oak Ridge North officials. The building on the corner of Lane Lane and I-45 is expected to be about 80,000 square feet, according to city documents. A completion date has not yet been announced.
