Hotworx opened a new location in May at 8845 Six Pines Drive, Ste. 190, The Woodlands.


The fitness studio is open 24 hours a day with a range of virtually instructed high-intensity interval training and isometric workouts, including hot yoga, hot Pilates and hot cycle. 281-602-5969. www.hotworx.net
