Biopharmaceutical company Lexicon Pharmaceutical has purchased 25,288 square feet of office space at 2445 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, for its new corporate headquarters.

According to a press release from NAI Partners, which organized the sale, the company had sold its location at 8800 Technology Forest Blvd. last year but wanted to remain in the area.

"Following the sale of 8800 Technology Forest, Lexicon knew it wanted to remain in The Woodlands, and we were pleased to find high-end office space that was representative of the company’s stature as one Houston’s premier life sciences organizations and also a stone’s throw away from their previous headquarters, ensuring business continuity,” NAI representative Dan Boyles said in the release.
