Real estate company Compass Real Estate opened its new office at 1725 Hughes Landing Blvd., The Woodlands, on Feb. 24. Compass Real Estate spokesperson Haley Bookout said the location will be a temporary location in The Woodlands before a permanent space opens later this year. “Our Woodlands market is thriving as the spring market has begun early, and there has already been a lot of activity,” Compass agent Haley Garcia said in a press release. “Growing our Woodlands-based agent community will afford so much more of our community to be reached with our amazing Compass tools.
