Seven ZIP codes in The Woodlands area saw median home prices increase as of October

Data on home sales in The Woodlands area shows that 23 homes sold for $1 million or higher in the month ending in early October. That is lower than earlier this year, when 43 homes sold in that range in June. The highest number of homes sold in the month ending Oct. 4 were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range in the 77386 ZIP code, similar to previous months. A total of 103 homes sold in that price range in 77386, and the next highest number of houses sold was in the 77385 ZIP code in the same price range, where 49 homes sold.

The median price of homes sold increased in all of the seven ZIP codes in The Woodlands area tracked in the month ending in early October compared to the same time period in the previous year. The largest increase was in the 77380 ZIP code, where the median price increased 29.87%.
