Commercial data: Retail, office and industrial vacancies increase in The Woodlands area in August

In August, The Woodlands-area office occupancy fell to 87.7% compared to the third quarter last year, when it was 90.2%. Retail occupancy fell from 94.9% to 94.3%. Occupancy also declined in the industrial sector, from 90% to 88.6%.
