DATA: houses in ZIP code 77380, 77382 see change in average house prices year over year

ZIP code 77380 saw an increase of 49% in the median price of homes sold in December 2019 compared to December 2018. Meanwhile, the ZIP code 77382 saw a 32.1% decrease in the same time period for that month. Elsewhere in south Montgomery County, median prices remained within a few percentage points of each other in most ZIP codes, although 77389 increased by 14.2%.
