Weekly COVID-19 vaccination clinics are planned in The Woodlands from June 13-Aug. 29 at two sites through a collaboration between The Woodlands Township and Curative, a company that has partnered with the township on mobile testing sites since last year.

The events will be held at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, and The Recreation Center at Bear Branch Park, 5310 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands.

Pfizer vaccines, which are administered in two doses, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, which are administered in one dose, will be available for no cost to the patient, according to a township news release. Insurance is not required.

Individuals age 12 and older are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine, and individuals age 18 and older are eligible for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Each clinic will have 120-200 appointments available depending on the availability of nurses, according to the news release.
