The Woodlands Township officials said the Recreation Department completed its new dedicated pickleball courts at Creekwood and Windvale parks in early July.

According to The Woodlands Township website, Creekwood Park now features five dedicated pickleball courts, while Windvale Park offers six new courts. The new pickleball courts join the original eight courts at Falconwing Park, bringing the total number of dedicated courts across the community to 19, according to information from the township.

Open from 7 a.m.-11 p.m., per the website, users can reserve pickleball courts by calling the Recreation Center at Bear Branch Park at 281-210-3950 or Rob Fleming Park at 281-516-7348. Same-day reservations are also available online.

Pricing for pickleball courts are.
  • $10/hour, resident nonpeak hours
  • $12/hour, resident peak hours (Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and 5-8 p.m.)
  • $24/hour, nonresident use
