Pie in the Sky Pie Co. is expected to open a new restaurant and bakery in Magnolia this fall. In addition to its long-running Conroe eatery, Pie in the Sky also launched in College Station in July and plans an Oct. 1 opening for the new Magnolia location at 7030 FM 1488, Ste. 100. Pie in the Sky's menu features options for both dining and dessert, including breakfast items, salads and sandwiches alongside signature sweets such as pies, cake balls, sweet breads and cookies.
