Fall photo opportunity

Market Street has a fall photo backdrop available through Nov. 2 for the community to use to take selfies and family photos with pumpkins and autumn decor.Rock the Row

The concert series features local and regional bands on Thursday evenings at the band shell at Hughes Landing in The Woodlands. Yelba performs on Oct. 30. Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs are allowed, but glass is prohibited.SpookTacular Halloween

Kids can celebrate Halloween at The Woodlands Children’s Museum with a non-spooky event featuring child-friendly games and activities, live magic shows and a Monster Mash Boogie Bash featuring a story inviting children to conquer their fears and handle their emotions through fun interaction and imagination.

Participants can take part in an aerial adventure course during a two-hour evening climb with the special holiday theme "Treetop Terror." The three-level course tests climbing skills in an environment with nearly 100 elements.Backyard Composting Class

Montgomery County Master Gardeners will present research-based learning during a hands-on outdoor class, and attendees can learn how to turn everyday items like dry leaves, yard trimmings and kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich compost.
