The Chevron Championship, an event in the Ladies Professional Golf Association tour, takes place this weekend, and the annual Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas North American Championship takes place April 26 throughout The Woodlands as well as on the Hardy Toll Road. Book Fiesta

Families can celebrate Children's Book Day at The Woodlands Children's Museum. The day highlights the importance of literacy for children of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds, and will include a special performance by The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra’s String Ensemble.Kiwanis Prayer Breakfast

Spring Thing Luncheon


New Danville celebrates its 20th anniversary with a marketplace and luncheon as well as keynote speaker Ryan Campbell. New Danville provides opportunities, programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas North American Championship

​Athletes will start with a 2.4 mile, spectator-lined lake swim, bike for a 112 mile ride on mostly closed roads, and partake in a 26.2 mile run. Spectators can watch for free. The event takes place throughout The Woodlands. Certain areas will experience closures and detours during the race. See the Ironman Texas guide to traffic impacts for more information.

Camp Terramont
